Book Recommendations

Any book that helps a child to form a habit of reading, to make reading one of his deep and continuing needs, is good for him.

Life of Pi
By: Yann Martel

A miraculous book that begins in India. A boy, a lifeboat and a Bengal tiger on the ocean. This was a book that I put away because the story was too difficult to read for a couple pages. I am so glad I went back to finish because it made me realize that believing in a higher being really can impact life and survival. *Make sure to read the Author’s Note.
